Ganachakra

Some may hit the floor
Well I just sit and stare
Until suddenly I’m willing
To feel the feelings hanging there

Its especially hard if in the past
Such feelings gave you quite a fright
But direct experience will unfold
If you flow into them aright

A feast indeed, a Ganachakra
This path is not for everyone
My mind may wonder for me too
While straight in my heart has run
