The Tibetan Bon practices of Tsa Lung have been very supportive for me in stabilizing energetic shifts or imbalances in the vital airs. Ultimately this whole world is a dreaming process, and supports which help you ground and rest in the nature of our heart are valuable.
These Tibetan yogas can help balance and heal subtle energy channels in the body. During my Kundalini awakening in 2010, in addition to working with my energetic healer, I was fortunate to know how to do the Tibetan Bon Tsa Lung practices. I will never of course be able to analyze how much each individual thing helped me in my most vulnerable moments. I did have to go into the hospital for about five days when I was unable to sleep and my blood sugars were very high for an extended period of time. Along with insulin and sleeping medication, all I did for those five days was prayers and practice these Tsa Lung exercises several times a day. Within the context of today’s culture, to be able to go in and out of the hospital within that short amount of time, with the barest minimum of medications, is very fortunate. I know these Tibetan yogic practices and the support of the Bon Lineage were an important part of what stabilized my energetic awakening.
